Just as a clarification in case this comes up again as it did in the deal I just made with Oakland.
Players designated as PTBNL in trades can be moved after the trade deadline as long as the trade is made and confirmed before the sim that takes us past the deadline. Also required is that there must be at least one player moving before the deadline to designate the trade as pre-deadline.
