Here's how Comp picks will work from now on. When a team fails to sign a player they drafted in the 1st-4th round, they will receive a maximum of one compensation pick the next year at the end of the earliest round they failed to signed a player. This means that if a team failed to sign 2 players drafted in the 2nd round and one the 4th round this year, they will only receive a 2nd round comp pick. The order of the comp picks will be in reverse standing order like the regular order. A team can have a maximum of one draft comp pick. Here's the list of the comp picks so far for next year. Round 1
- New York Yankees
- Minnesota Twins
- Seattle Mariners
- Chicago Cubs
- Cincinnati Reds
- St. Louis Cardinals
- Arizona Diamondbacks
- San Diego Padres
- New York Mets
Round 2
- Miami Marlins
- Atlanta Braves
- Los Angeles Angels
Round 3- Los Angeles Dodgers
- Chicago White Sox
Round 4- Pittsburgh Pirates
- Milwaukee Brewers
- Boston Red Sox
