Here's how Comp picks will work. When a team fails to sign a player they drafted in the 1st-4th round, they will receive a maximum of one compensation pick the next year at the end of the earliest round they failed to signed a player. This means that if a team failed to sign 2 players drafted in the 2nd round and one the 4th round this year, they will only receive a 2nd round comp pick. The order of the comp picks will be in reverse standing order like the regular order. A team can have a maximum of one draft comp pick.
